06 Nov Aberdeen Dolphin 2015 AGM

Dear All,

Aberdeen Dolphins will be holding their AGM on Thurs 26th Nov, 7.30pm,  at the Seafield Club (12 Seafield Rd).

We would love to see as many people there as possible and refreshments will be provided. This will give you an opportunity to see how the club is run and express any thoughts or requests you may have.

There are a number of positions that still need to be filled so please consider giving your time as the club cannot run without parent volunteers. Positions available are:

• President
• Vice President
• Club Secretary
• Gala Convenors
• Fundraising Convenors

A huge thank you to the parents who have already volunteered to take on some committee roles.

Regards the gala convenors position, Mary Agnew and Deborah Evans will be meeting during the Buckie meet so please feel free to ask questions / offer help (!!) when there.

If you would like to propose any changes to the constitution and by-laws then please send requests to me in writing by Thursday 12th Nov.
